In his professional career, he served global and multinational clients in India and abroad, advising C-level executives in the fields of corporate and business strategy, global business model innovation, business transformation, organizational strategy and governance, change management and organizational dynamics, business performance improvement, and leadership development. Currently he is serving in the Board of few companies. He is also associated as an advisor with few companies. He is serving as a Member of the Strategic planning and program implementation board of the West Bengal Government and appointed as the Principal Advisor to the State Government Department of IT and Technology.

Tamil Selvan holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Mechanical engineering from Anna University Chennai. He has 4 years of experience in operations management in the Manufacturing industry (Steel plant). He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has worked on an international expansion strategy project for a recreational firm with a global team. Currently specializes in operations and strategy.
Amjad completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He also holds a degree of B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut. Amjad has also been an active coordinator for social welfare clubs at IIM Ahmedabad and has experience in organising national-level events.

Sanjay brings more than 30 years experience in Enterprise Risk Management, IT Delivery Risk Management, IT project and process management, Information Security, Business Continuity and Internal controls compliances. across different industry segments. In his 16 years stint with global IT service provider Cognizant, Sanjay was responsible for driving delivery and operations excellence across Indian and global delivery centres in the capacity of Senior Director. He was also active in imparting consultancy on software engineering process streamlining for global clients in Banking, Insurance and Retail Sector.
Prior to joining Cognizant, Sanjay served companies like RS Software as Head of corporate quality , Globsyn as head of emerging technologies delivery , CDAC as deputy director of industrial automations etc. During his tenure in CDAC he led a team to modernise the Kolkata Telephone billing system. An M. Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur, Sanjay undertook a short research work on a NASA project at Carnegies Mellon University, USA in 1990 as an UNDP fellow from India. He has worked on a plethora of projects and research studies involving policy analysis, regional integration, connectivity, including various Government, World Bank and USAID strategic projects. He previously worked with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCC&I).
Surbhi graduated with an Honours degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, after which she pursued a Masters’ degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Throughout her academic trajectory she has undertaken research writings in Behavioural Economics, International Trade, Macroeconomic policies as well as econometric analysis. She was actively involved in extracurriculars and took up diverse leadership roles as coordinator of recreational societies at LSR and Senior Placement coordinator at JNU. Anindita Dasgupta is primarily a Quality, Information Security, and Internal Process consultant with an experience of more than 25 years in the Information Technology Industry, and in the field of Academics. She has worked as a consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, Data-Core, and RS Software, and as a faculty member at the ICFAI Business School. During her stint in the industry, she has mostly catered her services to an international clientele. Anindita was awarded the CSIR research fellowship at the Jadavpur University, West Bengal.
