Sreejata Majumdar

Sreejata is the Operations Manager at Intueri, with over 10 years of professional experience in operations management, corporate governance initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and organisational coordination. Over the years, she has worked closely with leadership teams on strategic initiatives, internal processes, branding support, and information security awareness programmes. She strongly believes that people are the most important part of any organisation and values building collaborative, people-centric work environments.

She holds a Master’s degree in English from the University of Calcutta, followed by an MBA in Human Resource Management. Her interdisciplinary background allows her to combine analytical thinking with communication-driven leadership.

Outside of work, she enjoys literature, travel, and writing, and continues to nurture a longstanding love for poetry.
