The Client, a State Government in India, needed assistance to develop a robust export policy accelerate trade in these nations by various cultural, economic, business and legal methods. Trade of any region can be augmented, not just with qualitative production, but by rightful global positioning. They required a team of Intueri consultants to draft the export policy of the state to expand in ASEAN countries.
The development process for the policy included:
- Studying and establishing the Global Value Chains for MSMEs of the state to get integrated in the global economy
- Filing more Geographical Indications on the produce of the state to increase market expansion
- Building the logistics which can accelerate international trade initiated from the state
- Establishing opportunities with Investment Promotion Agencies
