The Client, an international government development agency that is primarily responsible for administering civilian foreign aid and development assistance, needed assistance in studying the expanding export trade opportunity of a central-south Asian country with India. They needed Intueri’s assistance in learning product distribution and investments that facilitate trade, the trade regulatory system of the country, and assistance in promoting product export to India-generating jobs and employment in the country.
The study for the Agency included the development of the following:
- Ideating sector-wise business plan for various products and how to extend their value chain
- Identifying Top 10 exportable products
- Identifying 10 potential Indian cities for market penetration
