The client, an Identity Management Solutions provider firm, is an innovator of multiple biometric modalities solutions comprising face, fingerprint, and Iris. The client touched millions of lives globally by providing biometrics-enabled smart cards to collect their monetary benefits from the Government in the most secure manner. The client provides its services primarily to one of the largest Iraq-based firms. The client is actively collaborating with the Middle-East firm in providing Identity management services to various new business initiatives and in assisting the firm with new strategic initiatives and implementation.

Project Overview
Intueri was engaged in the project by the client as a Technology Consultant partner to assist in managing their current projects as well as the new initiatives or requirements. We managed the Business-as-usual projects where the client provided Identity Management solutions to onboard the customers or merchants while also managing the identity management services for the new business initiatives.
We identified gaps in the business processes and assisted in process improvements, business development and market research.
Intueri also spearheaded strategic initiatives, conducted data analytics, and conceptualized ideas, offering substantial recommendations and proposing implementation roadmaps for new initiatives.
