The Client, a State government of India, wanted to enhance its Land-Rail-Water-Air Connectivity with neighbouring countries. They required Intueri’s assistance in developing and studying existing transport infrastructure to boost business.
The engagement process included:
- Conducting a study on “Enhancing Land-Rail-Water-Air Connectivity of that state with neighbouring country onwards to North Eastern India”
- Conducting a study to “Develop a model Roll-On-Roll-Off (RORO) Infrastructure in that state to boost business”
- Identifying the cost elements and revenue streams for assessing the financial parameters and develop a sustainable model for the state
- Conducting a study on strategic cross-border infrastructure investments and policy reforms to promote that state as a pivot for India’s Act East Policy
